Knowledge Base Characters refer to the total number of characters (letters, numbers, spaces, and symbols) used to train your AI chatbot in Thinkstack. These characters come from the data and knowledge sources you add to your chatbot.

Sources That Contribute to Character Count#

Your chatbot learns from the following data sources. The total character count includes all the content extracted from these:

๐Ÿ”น Notion Pages
๐Ÿ”น CSV Files

Character Limit Based on Plans#

The number of Knowledge Base Characters you can use depends on your Thinkstack subscription plan:

๐Ÿ”น Free Plan: 500,000 characters per bot.
๐Ÿ”น Basic Plan: 12,000,000 characters per bot.
๐Ÿ”น Pro Plan: 15,000,000 characters per bot.
๐Ÿ”น Ultra Plan: 15,000,000 characters per bot.

These limits help ensure your chatbot's training stays aligned with the resources allocated in your plan.
